Fudgey Brownie Cookies



A beautiful marriage of two of my favorite desserts. Brownies, and cookies. Wonderfully chewy on the outside and fudgey on the inside, with chunks of melty chocolate throughout. And to top it all off these cookies ended up being unintentionally naturally completely flourless and gluten free.

Ingredients you’ll need:
2-3/4 cup (390g) powdered sugar
3/4 cup (70g) cocoa powder
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon (8g) corn starch
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounces dark chocolate (70% or higher)
*optional* flakey salt to finish (I am addicted to this so I’m sorry that I keep using it, I promise to try to use it less)
