Ingredients:
300g dark chocolate
160g butter
3/4 cup caster sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups plain flour
1/4 cup raspberry jelly or turkish delight
1/2 cup pink and white marshmallows
1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
Cooking time may vary if using a deep tray. For best results use a rectangular slice dish.
