Recipe from @spindlewaves on Instagram:
3/4 c plain nonfat greek yogurt
1/4 c skim milk
1/2 c cocoa powder
1/2 c old fashion oats
1/2 c truvia or any other sweetener that pours like sugar
1 egg
1/3 c applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick cooking spray.
3. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
4. Pour into pan and bake for 15 minutes. (I usually cook mine 10-15 minutes longer)
5. Allow to cool before cutting into 9 squares.
