COWNIE | Brownie Cake – Topless Baker

You’ve heard of the Brookie, but are you ready for the COWNIE! This is the ultimate dessert – it’s a combination of brownie and cake covered in a decadent white chocolate frosting

This epic brownie layer cake is way better than a normal cake because you get your two favourite desserts in one!

For this cownie you will need:

Brownie:
125g Butter
250g Sugar
50g Cocoa
50g Self Raising Flour
2 Eggs

Cake:
170g Butter
335g Sugar
½ Tbsp Vanilla
3 Egg
175ml Milk
235g Flour
½ Tbp + ½ Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Salt

Frosting:
300g White Chocolate
420g Butter
210g Icing Sugar
Sprinkles

If you are feeling super lay you can just use a box mix of brownie and white cake and save yourself the baking!
