Salted Caramel Meringue Brownie – Topless Baker



Are you ready for the most amazing brownie?! These fudgey brownies are topped with lovely little drizzle of salted caramel, toasted hazelnuts and finally a beautifully toasted meringue to finish! I promise you, these salted caramel brownies will be your new favourite treat!

For the salted caramel meringue brownies you will need:

Brownies
250g Unsalted Butter
500g Caster Sugar
100g Cocoa Powder
100g Self Raising Flour
4 Eggs

Salted Caramel
145g Caster Sugar
25g Butter
120ml Double Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla
Pinch Sea Salt Flakes

Meringue
110g Egg Whites
300g Sugar
70g Water

Toasted Hazelnuts
