Chocolate Fudge Brownie



Chocolate fudge brownie –

125 gm dark chocolate
125 gm salted butter
125 gm granulated sugar
2 egg
1 egg yolk
57 gm flour
17 gm cocoa powder

Procedure:
1. At first take butter to a microwave safe bowl. Melt the butter slightly before you add dark chocolate and sugar.
2. Whisk the half-melted butter and then add sugar.
3. Add chocolate to the bowl and melt(better to start with 30/40 seconds, so that you don’t burn the chocolate).
4. Whisk gently for a while to until the batter gets an uniform texture.
5. Add egg one at a time and mix the batter to have a smooth texture.
6. Add flour and cocoa powder to the batter using a sifter and stir until it becomes smooth.
7. Pour the batter in a square or any other cake tin covered with parchment/foil paper.
8. Pre-heat the oven at 150 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
9. Place the cake tin in the oven and bake for 30 minutes until a skewer inserted comes clean.
10. Letting it cool for 3 hours. Make chocolate ganache and pour on top of brownie and set aside for couple of hours before you serve!
11. Pour the ganache on top of brownie and let it set for couple of hours and then serve!
